Job Description

Maintain documentations for support activities like product development, enhancement, marketing activities,Provide product training to staffs &customers ,support team to evaluate & address customer problem, identifying and retaining new customers

Required Candidate profile

Develop knowledge bases and FAQs for product support activities Document support activities, customer issues and resolutions for reference purposes,Analyze customer suggestions and recommend product revisions .

Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 PA.
